Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

Items must be returned in their natural state. We only accept returns on hair. Such as wigs, bundles, closures and frontals. We do not accept returns on any cosmetics or body butters!

 DUE TO COVID-19 VIRUS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED FOR ANY REASON.

Exchange

Please send support a email with your order number within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. If items were wrong length, wrong color, or wrong style we will exchange them for product of the same value. Items must be in original state. All items must not have been unraveled, cut, or changed in any form. Items must still have original tags, and wraps. All items must be unworn and unwashed and include all tags INCLUDING receipt/invoice. For sanitary purposes, we do not accept exchanges on hair that has been washed, worn, or altered in any way. If these steps are not followed, it will be denied.
