Packages are mailed in 1-5 Business days after processing and are shipped through USPS. A tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address you provided us during checkout. Processing on orders take approximately 3-7 business days on none wholesale orders. Processing on wholesale orders can take approximately 14-21 business days. These days are just precautions as we will try to get all orders out way before that time. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Tracking may take up to 24-48 hours to update on the USPS website.

Divine Beauty Essence is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, DELAYED OR DAMAGED ITEMS! If your tracking information states that your package has been delivered and you haven't received it or if your package still says in transit, Please contact USPS directly. 

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT! After your order is placed we do not change addresses! If you input an incorrect address at checkout and your package has been sent out, you will need to contact USPS to change your address. Once orders are shipped, we have no control over the process and cannot answer questions about delays, returned, lost, or miss sent packages. If your order gets returned back to us you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges in order for us to resend your package.
